IT Analyst

  •  Implementations of WebSphere, a e-commerce solution for online ordering, as well as maintenance, troubleshooting and training staff.

  • Developed and maintained a standardized web based order and quotations form for sales associates to increase proficiency and effectiveness of orders from sales to purchasing.

  • Redesigned and routinely update the company website Developed an Online Auction to support local charities.

  • Efficient with ERP, CRM, Disaster Recovery Planning, Business Continuity Planning, Business Intelligence

  • Responsible for Network and Server Administration
